Noel contracted us to produce an illustration of his car. Originally he wanted a super realistic rendering similar to our other artwork, but I pitched him a better idea. Instead, I wanted to try out an idea kicking around in the back of my mind for a while by transforming his car into something out of Initial D, a popular manga and anime about drift cars. With that in mind, he was on-board with the concept and this is the finished result!

We did a full color version before transforming it into halftone black and white to get that classic comic book feel. Thanks for looking!
